We are a small family run business which was started by me, Tim, over 20 years ago as T J Quinlan Property Maintenance. Since then, it has evolved from doing landscape gardening and decorating into a business covering most aspects of the building and maintenance trade.
My Dad always said, “if you can’t do a job right then you don’t do it at all”. We have always stuck by his mantra, so if we offer a service, you can be assured that it’s going to be done properly. We were even invited on to the then Age Concern approved contractor list, called Contractor Call, and remained on it until it was closed due to funding issues.
My son Jack is a fully qualified Bricklayer and has decided he wants to learn more about other trades, so has come on board and so a new company was born, but what to call it… Our dog is called Holly and an absolutely brilliant top dog, so it seemed fitting as she likes to be involved in everything that happens, to rename the company “Top Dog Building Services.” We are also joined by my old mate Ade, who will be working alongside us.
